Buttonholes and Corsages A buttonhole may be one single flower or two. It can be a simple design or something more decorative. The groom usually has something that is special to the bride's bouquet, while the groomsmen and ushers have something simpler. A boutonniere is made up of lots of small single flowers but is no bigger than a buttonhole. These are ideal for pageboys and can be adorned with accessories just like the buttonholes. Corsages are made from lots of flowers. These may match your bridal bouquet or the wearer’s outfit. Larger than a buttonhole, they may be worn on different parts of the body i.e. shoulder, wrist, hip or ankle. The most usual place though is the lapel. Larger corsages may be worn as hat sprays or handbag sprays and all corsages may be simple flowers and foliage or decorated with pearls, jewels, feathers etc. The gallery below showcases just a selection of all the Buttonholes and Corsages we have produced. These are for your inspiration; we can make anything you wish for.
